  1. Our family eats at Umeko Buffet every few weeks- it’s our weekend treat! It’s affordable, and the food is GREAT! Sushi is freshly made, and the cooked food is always steaming hot. It’s our favorite place to eat.

  2. I just happened to come across Umeko on my way home from the DMV. Needless to say, after waiting at DMV for so long I was starving and wanted a buffet. I honestly was not expecting too much in the way of quality, but as soon as I entered I was astounded. There are so many different options, many of which I have never seen at the larger buffets around Sacramento. The amazing part was that every single item I sampled was delicious. The sushi is ‘real’ sushi, and made fresh at its own station. I also had the best calamari ever, cooked perfectly. I have since told all my friends about Umeko and can’t wait to share it with them as well. I wish it wasn’t over 15 miles away from where I live, but it’s well worth the drive.

  3. Heard about them on a commercial one day, decided about a month later to try them out. Drove from Modesto to Sacramento, and WOW!… the food was excellent! I’m a big Sushi fan, so the fresh Sushi/Sushi mi was amazing! This would be my second time visiting Umeko in 2 weeks, and I will drive that hour and a half each week if I have too!!!!and No! I didn’t get paid to say this =)
